Q.
Your website does not have a feature that will allow us to upload our video clips. Why is that?
A.
We've considered this and our decision to not have an upload feature was based on who would benefit most from using this feature. The answer was both you and DeathNotify.com would not benefit with using an upload feature. We feel that it would be easier for you and our staff if each Tribute member would attach their video clip to an email. It's easier for you because you won't have to wait to access our bandwith availabilty, and it's easier for us because of our requirement to view each video clip for content. Believe us, people will upload negative video clips about someone who is dying.
Q.
What is a video clip?
A.
A video clip is a short 2 to 5 minute video message.
Q.
Who is DeathNotify for?
A.
It's for people close to you who are near death. However, you can create video clip tributes and send them to your family cache for someone who has already passed away. Many people want to keep the spirit alive of someone who has died. Recording a video clip is one way of doing that.
Q.
What is this "Tribute Member" stuff?
A.
A 'TRIBUTE MEMBER' is the "Key Person" who is in charge of paying the one-time group fee of $6.95. This fee covers the entire group of video
clips (from family members and friends) sent to your personal cache.
The 'TRIBUTE MEMBER' is the main contact person who notifies everyone with information about how to send video clips and what username and password to use. Usually, the 'TRIBUTE MEMBER' is the closest person of a dear one who is dying and contacts others (on behalf of the dying person) to send tributes to the website.
